Man United given hope of offloading Marcos Rojo permanently.

The Argentine central defender Marcos Rojo has returned to training at his current club Estudiantes, which will come as great news for Manchester United’s hopes of selling the player. He returned to his native Argentina during the January transfer market having fallen far down the pecking order at Old Trafford.  His playing time at his new club has been limited, though, having arrived from the Red Devils still recovering from an injury.

However, according to a recent report from an Argentine outlet Info Cielo, Marcos has now returned to full training with Los Pincharratas after spending the last 20 days training away from his teammates.
The hope is that Rojo can get a run of games between now and the end of the term, with Manchester United reliant on the star returning to full fitness and, hopefully, form so they can look to move the player on permanently in the summer.

His loan spell at Estudiantes does not include a purchase option, although there is every chance that if he can get a run of matches under his belt, they will try to make it happen.
Much will likely depend on the former Sporting CP man, who will know he has no future at the Red Devils but may still fancy his chances of playing in Europe.
For now, Rojo’s focus will be on getting back on the pitch after an injury-ravaged few seasons, something it seems is now one step closer to happening.
